WE CHARGE A STANDARD WEIGHT-BASED DELIVERY FEE

Wherever possible, all items are sent out in one package using Royal Mail 2nd class postage. Jewellery items are sent recorded delivery and will require a signature on arrival. When placing your order, please check the delivery calculator for a price estimate before you check-out.

RETURNS POLICY

For a full refund, you can return any unwanted items within 21 days of purchase, so long as they are in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in their original packaging. Please contact us to advise us of your return request via info@malvernshop.co.uk The customer is responsible for returning the items to The Malvern Shop at their own expense. Deliveries should be addressed to The Malvern Shop, Malvern College, College Road, Worcestershire WR14 3DF Your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days of our receipt of your returned items. Please note that refunds can only be made onto the card used to place the order.
